Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Handle B2B sales activities including client visits, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Promote services such as air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
- Prepare sales plans and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry contacts.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline tracking, and customer records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of logistics & freight forwarding processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales/business development.
- Target-oriented and ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of import/export documentation and logistics solutions.
Pay: ₹12,525.64 - ₹42,459.50 per month
