About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Waitress
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve efficiently.
- Maintain table cleanliness and restaurant presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times.
Barista
- Prepare and serve premium coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Manage stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and follow food safety standards.
- Recommend beverages and engage guests with excellent product knowledge.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality establishment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (for Barista role).
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
