Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who wants hands-on exposure to real-world marketing systems, not just social media posting. This role involves working across multiple clients and industries, supporting campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Analytics, WhatsApp, and Email marketing under guidance.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in performance marketing and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising Support
- Assist in setting up and managing:
- Google Search & Display Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Support in:
- Keyword research
- Audience setup
- Ad copy variations
- Budget pacing
- Monitor campaign performance and report findings
(Intern will NOT independently run ads — work will be supervised)
2. Tracking & Analytics
- Assist with:
- Google Analytics (GA4) reporting
- Google Tag Manager basics
- Facebook Pixel setup & verification
- LinkedIn Insight Tag checks
- Help track:
- Traffic sources
- Conversions
- Campaign performance
3. Email & WhatsApp Marketing Support
- Assist in:
- Email campaign setup (lists, templates, scheduling)
- WhatsApp broadcast preparation (opt-in based)
- Nurture sequence execution
- Ensure data hygiene and compliance support
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Pull weekly and monthly data from:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Analytics
- Maintain performance trackers and dashboards
- Document learnings and observations
5. Cross-Client Support
- Support multiple client accounts
- Follow defined SOPs and workflows
- Assist senior team members in execution tasks
- Learn how marketing differs across industries
Skills & Requirements
Must-Have
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Strong interest in paid ads & analytics
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow processes
- Clear communication skills
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads
- Certification (Google / Meta / HubSpot)
- Marketing, business, engineering, or management background
