Key Responsibilities – HR Intern
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records accurately.
- Support onboarding activities such as documentation, joining formalities, and orientation.
- Help draft and post job descriptions on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and company career pages.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and data entry.
- Support payroll and compliance documentation (as required).
- Communicate professionally with candidates via email or phone.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining confidential employee information.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
