Role Summary Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing corporate gifts for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Procurement Identify and source corporate gifts, promotional items, and hampers Develop and manage a vendor base for gifting solutions Obtain quotations and conduct price negotiations Planning & Coordination Plan gifting requirements for events, festivals, employee engagement, and client needs Coordinate with internal teams for requirements and approvals Ensure timely procurement and delivery Vendor Management Manage relationships with gift suppliers and vendors Evaluate vendor performance on quality, cost, and timelines Onboard new vendors for innovative gifting options Quality & Inventory Control Ensure quality standards and branding requirements are met Maintain inventory of gift items (if applicable) Handle packaging, branding, and customization Budget & Documentation Track and manage gifting budgets and cost optimization Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation Ensure compliance with company procurement policies Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Creativity in identifying innovative gifting options Good planning and coordination abilities Attention to detail and cost control mindset Experience & Qualification 3–6 years of experience in procurement / gifting / event coordination Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
