Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Assist with performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Organize training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (or as required for the role).
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRMS software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
