Job Title: Assistant Pre-Primary Teacher
Location: St. Wilfred's School
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Job Summary:
St. Wilfred's School is looking for a passionate and caring Assistant Pre-Primary Teacher to support classroom activities and assist the lead teacher in providing a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in conducting daily classroom activities.
- Support children in their learning, play and overall development.
- Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets and classroom displays.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise students during class, lunch and other school activities.
- Encourage positive behavior and good manners among students.
- Assist with attendance, classroom records and other routine tasks.
- Communicate effectively with teachers and parents when required.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (NTT/Montessori/ECCE certification preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Patient, caring, and responsible.
