We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality execution of RCC and finishing works, and maintaining timelines, safety, and compliance standards.
Role & responsibilities
· Supervise and manage daily site activities related to RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and finishing works.
· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers for smooth project execution.
· Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at all stages of construction.
· Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.
· Track project progress and report daily/weekly updates to senior management.
· Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays.
· Verify measurements, bills, and work completion status.
· Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
· Coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal teams as required.
