Role Overview
You will serve as a dedicated salesperson representing our exclusive seasonal collection focusing on Navratri kurtas. Your primary responsibility is greeting local walk-in customers warmly and guiding them through our festive inventory to ensure a delightful shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming patrons promptly and assessing their festive fashion preferences
Showcasing various traditional and Navratri kurta designs matching customer requirements
Handling local customer service inquiries and guiding styling choices
Managing sales transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction
Earning performance-based sales commissions on completed transactions
Requirements
Previous retail sales experience preferred particularly in ethnic apparel (not necessarily)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for local customer engagement
Professional presentation and courteous

Ability to stand for extended store operating hours during peak festive season
Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
