Location: New Delhi | Full-time
About the role:
This is a full-time role for our New Delhi office, combining day-to-day reception responsibilities with office administration and finance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the office
- Support calendar management, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and coordinate logistics when required
- Coordinate with vendors and the internal team to process payments
- Generate weekly billing reports and raise invoices as required
- Maintain records of bills, expense sheets, and reimbursements on a regular basis
- Coordinate on office-related expenses and assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required
Other requirements
- A self-starter attitude with a driven, outgoing, and inquisitive personality
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to think independently
- Ability to communicate without hesitation/shyness
- Fluent in English
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Front office admin & Finance support: 4 years (Preferred)
