Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
- Manage daily factory operations and production activities.
- Ensure production targets, efficiency, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor production planning, line balancing, and capacity utilization.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and raw material usage.
- Reduce wastage and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Quality & Food Safety
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards across the plant.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure product quality consistency and customer compliance requirements.
Maintenance & Engineering
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure machine uptime and efficient utility management.
- Support new machinery installation and process improvements.
- Critical Spare Management
- Managing Inventory of spares
- AMC
Team Management
- Lead supervisors, operators, and production staff.
- Conduct training on SOPs, safety, hygiene, and quality practices.
- Monitor workforce productivity and discipline.
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Monitor raw material and packaging material inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, QA, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure smooth material flow and stock accuracy.
Cost & Process Improvement
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyse production losses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain production MIS, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, labour laws, safety regulations, and environmental norms.
- Present operational reports to management.

Required Qualifications
- BE-Industrial Engineering, Food Technology.
- 15 years of experience in food/beverage manufacturing.
- Experience in FMCG, dairy, beverages, bakery, snacks, frozen foods, or packaged foods preferred.
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
