Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable laptops, accessories, and related products.
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Explain warranty, financing options, exchange offers, and after-sales services.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell accessories such as bags, mice, keyboards, headphones, and extended warranties.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Keep track of inventory and report stock shortages.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the service team for repairs and customer support when required.
- Follow company policies and maintain accurate sales records.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
