About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate - Talent Acquisition to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to build a strong foundation in end-to-end hiring. In this role, you will support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. You will contribute to hiring talent that supports iamneo's core product suite — NeoPAT, NeoColab, NeoHire, and NeoCoder.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Coordination
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, social media, and campus hiring initiatives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate fitment
- Schedule and drive interview rounds with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Manage requisitions, pipeline tracking, and candidate records in Keka Hire. Use Keka HR for offer management, onboarding initiation, and headcount reporting
- Draft and post job descriptions across multiple hiring platforms, with guidance from senior team members
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support bulk hiring and lateral hiring initiatives as assigned
- Use Claude to draft and refine job descriptions, generate structured interview question banks, summarise candidate evaluation notes, and build hiring status updates for business stakeholders and support hiring automation workflows
Stakeholder Management
- Assist hiring managers in understanding role requirements and hiring priorities
- Support the handoff to HR Ops, onboarding, and payroll for seamless candidate transition
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related internship; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency (or willingness to learn) job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms
- Willingness to learn sourcing techniques, including Boolean search
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a deadline-driven environment, with support and mentorship
- Basic understanding of HR processes, employment norms, and recruitment best practices
Bonus Points
- Prior experience with Keka Hire or similar ATS platforms
- Exposure to hiring for technical roles (Software Engineers, QA, Data Analysts)
- Understanding of the EdTech or SaaS domain

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
