Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the collections process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by him in his geography/area.
- Responsible for consistent follow up with customers and understand thier fianancial status and inculcate them the consequences of late payments of EMI..
- Responsible for reducing the NPA of the branch and assist branch team to have more time for business development.
- Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format of activities.
- Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner.
- Responsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process.
- Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationship with customers.
