- Proven experience as a process representative or other customer service role.
- High school diploma. B.sc / BA will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in English( Mandatory ), Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
