Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, attendance management, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of HR processes, and the ability to support business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultants.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Handle joining formalities and employee induction.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
HR Operations
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data management.
- Maintain HR reports and MIS records.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or related industries preferred.

- Knowledge of HRMS software.
- Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling recruitment for sales and corporate functions.
- Strong reporting and MIS preparation skills.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
