Job Responsibilities
- Handle international travel inquiries and assist customers in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
- Plan, curate, and customize international holiday package itineraries according to client preferences and travel requirements.
- Manage flight ticket bookings, including reservations, cancellations, rebooking, and re-issuance processes.
- Oversee post-sales support and coordination for both travel packages and air ticketing services.
- Provide accurate, budget-friendly, and well-structured travel solutions to clients.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt follow-ups and effective support.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers, hotels, and destination partners as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Executive.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, holiday packages, and airfare systems.
- Ability to independently create detailed and attractive travel itineraries.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Preferred Qualification: BTTM or MBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
