Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Interior & Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of interior and civil projects. The candidate will ensure smooth site operations, quality workmanship, and timely project completion in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. The role requires effective coordination with clients, designers, project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise interior site activities including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain site quality standards and safety protocols.
- Manage site workers and subcontractors.
- Track material usage and coordinate material procurement.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report project progress.
- Handle client queries and provide on-site updates.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and company quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project progress updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials and execution methods.
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
