Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹23,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Student Academic Counselor to guide and support students in choosing the right training programs. The counselor will be responsible for handling student inquiries, explaining courses, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students about available courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
- Please provide clear explanations of the course details, fee structure, and training benefits.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper student records and update CRM or inquiry registers.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for student schedules.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Provide excellent support and guidance to students.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and Internet).
- Strong convincing and counseling skills.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience in an education/training institute/counseling/sales is an added advantage.
