Job Title: HR Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Assistant Manager to support the HR department in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in handling end-to-end HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations and administration.
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
- Address employee queries and maintain positive workplace relations.
- Coordinate joining formalities, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and organizational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Good knowledge of payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/HRMS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the education or EdTech sector is an added advantage.
