Job Description:
Job Summary
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners, and expanding Specula Interior’s presence in assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of premium modular interiors, aluminium doors & windows, and project-based sales in residential and commercial segments.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for interiors and aluminium systems.
- Generate new business through architects, builders, contractors, and direct clients.
- Handle large residential and commercial project sales from lead to closure.
Channel & Relationship Management
- Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and real estate developers.
- Appoint and manage dealers / channel partners where applicable.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Development
- Identify new markets, high-potential areas, and emerging customer segments.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence to management.
- Promote new product lines, aluminium profile ranges, and premium offerings.
Team & Coordination
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and installation teams.
- Guide sales executives and ensure proper follow-up and closure discipline.
- Ensure CRM updates, lead tracking, and accurate sales reporting.
Brand Representation
- Represent Specula Interior professionally at site meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Ensure premium brand positioning in all customer interactions.
Key RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
