Job Summary :
We are hiring a Sales Counselor to handle student and parent inquiries for our education programs. The role involves explaining courses, counseling prospects, and converting leads into enrollments through structured follow-ups and trust-based communication. This position focuses on professional counseling, not aggressive sales.
Role & Responsibilities :
Call and follow up on leads generated from website, walk-ins, social media, and WhatsApp
Counsel students and parents regarding courses
Explain course structure, fees, batch schedules, and outcomes clearly
Handle queries confidently in English and Hindi
Maintain daily calling records and follow-ups in Google Sheets
Required Skills :
6 months – 1 year experience in telecalling / education counseling /sales
Good spoken English and Hindi (both mandatory) Clear pronunciation and confident phone communication
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets / Excel
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
