Job Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for Office, Factory, and Site staff.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
- Maintain employee records, HR reports, and statutory compliance.
- Support payroll processing and employee welfare activities.
- Address employee grievances and ensure smooth HR operations across all locations.
- Conduct induction and assist in performance evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related documentation.
Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹33,141.10 per month
Work Location: In person
