- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom for professional wedding photo editing.
- Excellent knowledge of skin retouching, color correction, tone balancing, and natural enhancement.
- Experience in wedding photo color grading with a cinematic and premium look.
- Ability to maintain consistent color tones and editing style across full wedding albums.
- Skilled in culling, image selection, exposure correction, white balance, and sharpness adjustments.
- Knowledge of high-end retouching techniques while preserving natural skin texture and emotions.
- Understanding of Indian wedding aesthetics, traditions, costumes, jewelry tones, and lighting conditions.
- Ability to work with RAW files from professional cameras and handle large photo batches efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, composition, and storytelling through images.
- Good understanding of backup management, file organization, and delivery workflow.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple wedding projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of color mood, emotion, and visual consistency.
- Experience in album color matching and print-ready image preparation is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with photographers and editors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in wedding photo retouching and color grading.
- Portfolio showcasing before/after edits and complete wedding projects.
