We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Load Lane Supervisor to oversee vehicle loading operations, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and maintain efficient workflow in the load lane area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience coordinating teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily load lane operations and staff.
- Ensure vehicles and materials are loaded according to company procedures.
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce operational standards.
- Coordinate with drivers, inspectors, and yard personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of loading activities.
- Resolve operational issues and report incidents promptly.
- Ensure timely movement of vehicles through the loading process.
- Train and support load lane employees
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,099.20 per month
