Job Description
Hownwhy Education is looking for an enthusiastic IoT & AI Trainer to conduct technology training programs for college students.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of IoT, Artificial Intelligence, electronics, programming, and emerging technologies, along with excellent communication and training skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for college students in STEM, IoT, AI, Robotics, and emerging technologies
- Deliver practical, project-based workshops and technical sessions
- Guide students in developing IoT, AI, automation, and embedded-system projects
- Train students on microcontrollers, sensors, cloud platforms, APIs, and AI tools
- Support students in project ideation, development, troubleshooting, and presentation
- Conduct technical workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and skill-development programs
- Develop training content, activities, demonstrations, and project-based learning modules
- Mentor students for hackathons, innovation challenges, and technology competitions
- Coordinate with colleges and faculty members to successfully deliver training programs
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IoT, AI/ML, Embedded Systems, Electronics, and STEM
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, ESP32/ESP8266, sensors, actuators, and IoT platforms
- Working knowledge of Python and/or other programming languages
- Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, machine learning concepts, or computer vision is an advantage
- Good technical communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Strong interest in training, mentoring, and student development
- Willingness to travel to colleges for training programs when required
Preferred Candidates
- STEM/IoT/AI Trainers
- Robotics or Embedded Systems Engineers
- AI/ML Engineers with training experience
- IoT Developers with a passion for teaching
- Engineering graduates with strong project experience and excellent communication skills
- Candidates willing to relocate to Trichy are preferred
