Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing IT consultants to vendors and clients
- Handling bench sales activities and submissions
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
- Building relationships with vendors and implementation partners
- Maintaining consultant profiles and databases
Requirements:
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔ Basic knowledge of recruitment or US Staffing is a plus
✔ Quick learner with a positive attitude
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
