Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving growth and expanding the customer base of the fitness center. The BDM will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, build relationships with potential clients, and enhance the overall brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Represent the fitness center at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
