We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Accountant to manage our human resource operations and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management and accounting functions, with strong knowledge of employee management, payroll processing, financial records, and administrative tasks.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, supporting HR processes, ensuring compliance, and assisting in smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure smooth employee relations.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and internal communications.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage invoices, payments, receipts, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account verification.
- Assist with GST, tax-related documentation, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial consultants when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and accounting roles.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Experience with accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books/other accounting tools preferred).
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and HR practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
