Key Responsibilities
Event Sales Responsibilities
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, legal events, and promotional activities
Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into sales
Build relationships with advocates, law students, and institutional clients
Coordinate event setup, product displays, and promotional materials
Maintain customer database and follow up on inquiries after events
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
E-Commerce Responsibilities
Manage and update products on the company website and online marketplaces
Process online orders, returns, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for timely dispatch
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for better customer experience
Handle social media inquiries and assist with online promotions
Support digital marketing campaigns and seasonal sales
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, retail, e-commerce, or event management preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting with customers in-person and online
Basic knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is an asset
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
Valid driving license is mandatory
Candidate should own or have access to a personal car for travel and event visits
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or uniform industry
Knowledge of social media platforms and online customer engagement
Ability to travel for events when required
