Job Title: Tour Sales Executive – Fresher (Travel Certified Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour Sales Executive (Fresher) who have certification in Travel ( Mandatory)to join our team. The candidate should have good communication and sales skills with an interest in travel and tourism. Candidates having certifications in Travel & Tourism, Ticketing, GDS, Visa, or related travel courses will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international tour packages
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans
- Prepare and share tour quotations and itineraries
- Coordinate with internal teams for bookings and confirmations
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain customer records and update CRM / sales reports
- Provide information regarding visas, travel insurance, and travel documents
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth
Requirements:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred)
- Fresher can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Passion for sales and travel industry
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
