We are looking for an experienced Note Sorting Machine / Currency Sorting Machine Technical Expert who can manage our service team and handle technical issues related to currency counting and note sorting machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a team of Service Engineers / Technicians.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Note Sorting Machines and Currency Counting Machines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic and software-related machine issues.
- Handle service escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Train and support service engineers on machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate service calls and allocate work to engineers.
- Monitor engineers' performance and ensure proper service quality.
- Support machine testing, assembly, installation and quality checking.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams and management for technical issues.
- Maintain service reports and technical records.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of Note Sorting Machines / Currency Sorting Machines.
- Experience in Currency Counting Machines / Cash Counting Machines / Office Automation equipment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and guide multiple service engineers.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to handle customer technical escalations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
