Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented professional to drive franchise and channel partner acquisition. The role involves identifying potential partners, presenting the business opportunity, managing the sales process, and ensuring successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential franchise and channel partners
- Present the business model and partnership opportunity
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and sales pipelines in CRM
- Consistently achieve sales and acquisition targets
What We're Looking For
- 2-8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Franchise Sales, IT Sales, Edtech Sales, or Business Development
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term business relationships
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
- Experience working with CRM tools is preferred
Job Details
- Full-time, Work from Office
- Location: Andheri, Mumbai
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday Off)
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Policy
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
