Key Responsibilities
:1.Manage day-to-day construction activities for villa projects.
2.Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and monitor steel consumption.
3. Interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings for site execution.
4.Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
5.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
.6. Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
7. Perform quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and work measurement.
8. Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.
9.Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget.
Requirements:6–8years of experience in villa/residential construction.Strong knowledge of RCC works, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and quantity estimation.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience in site execution, quality assurance, and project coordination. Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills. B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,324.17 per month
