About the Role
Wildfox Business Advocacy is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Coordinator to support operational activities, client coordination, reporting, and technology-driven processes. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on knowledge of modern business tools, strong coordination abilities, and a professional approach towards client interactions and internal operations.
This role requires an individual who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both office and client-facing environments. Candidates should also be willing to travel locally based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments for day-to-day operational activities.
- Visit client locations as required for coordination, support, and project-related activities.
- Manage reports, documentation, and data-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze Excel reports and operational data.
- Assist in the implementation and effective usage of business tools and software applications.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication and coordination across teams and clients.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
- Experience in reporting, coordination, and operational support activities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and operational support.
- Professional attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.
- Knowledge of additional regional or foreign languages will be considered an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with knowledge or hands-on experience in the following tools and technologies will be given preference:
- Power BI
- ChatGPT and AI-based tools
- n8n Automation
- Python
- Oracle
- Workflow Automation Tools
- Data Visualization & Reporting Tools
- Any other AI or automation-related technologies
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates from BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BBM, BE/B.Tech, Diploma, or related fields can apply.
- Candidates with relevant technical knowledge and practical experience will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with relevant work experience will be preferred.
- Candidate must own a two-wheeler.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
- Candidate should be flexible for travel and field coordination activities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
