- We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands on expertise in Payroll configuration implementation and support
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end to end payroll project lifecycle statutory compliance and integration with other SAP HCM modules
- Configure implement and support SAP HCM Payroll solutions for business requirements
- Handle complete end to end payroll processes including payroll runs posting and reconciliation
- Manage payroll schema rules wage types and payroll control records
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF ESI PT Taxation and other local payroll regulations
- Integrate Payroll with Time Management Personnel Administration and Finance FI modules
- Troubleshoot payroll issues analyze errors and provide timely resolutions
- Support payroll month end year end activities and audits
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements and reports
- Provide production support and participate in payroll testing UAT and documentation
