About Katyals Couture
Katyals Couture is a premium ethnic wear brand specializing in luxury Indian apparel. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations across production, warehouse, and retail, ensuring accurate stock management and seamless coordination between departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all products.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Track inward and outward movement of inventory.
- Perform daily stock reconciliation between physical stock and ERP/POS records.
- Generate inventory reports for management review.
Warehouse & Store Operations
- Supervise receiving, inspection, tagging, barcoding, and storage of inventory.
- Ensure proper organization and storage of products.
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and retail locations.
- Oversee packing and dispatch of customer orders.
Production Coordination
- Track garments from raw material to finished products.
- Monitor inventory issued to tailors, karigars, and production units.
- Maintain issue and return records.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion and stock availability.
Vendor & Purchase Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding deliveries.
- Verify received materials and finished products against purchase orders.
- Maintain inventory records for incoming materials and finished goods.
Inventory Control & Audits
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Identify and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Monitor damaged, defective, returned, and slow-moving inventory.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock loss.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain inventory registers and digital records.
- Update ERP/POS software with accurate stock information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain SKU, barcode, and product master data.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the Merchandising, Production, Sales, E-commerce, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
