- Perform daily preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities.
- Attend guest maintenance complaints and resolve them promptly.
- Carry out electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and civil repair works as assigned.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for maintenance issues.
- Maintain air-conditioning, lighting, water supply, and drainage systems.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
- Record maintenance activities in the maintenance logbook.
- Report major breakdowns to the Maintenance Executive/Chief Engineer.
- Follow hotel SOPs and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workshop and maintenance store.
- Support emergency repairs and work flexible shifts when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
