We are looking for a smart, energetic, and creative individual who wants to work directly with the founder and help build a growing home services startup from the ground up.
This is not a typical desk job. You will be involved in different aspects of the business, learn new skills every day, and contribute ideas that help the company grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle client calls, WhatsApp chats, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with technicians and service teams
• Manage day-to-day business operations
• Assist with social media and online presence
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare reports using Excel and Google Sheets
• Suggest creative ideas to improve business growth
• Support the founder in different business activities as required
Who We're Looking For
• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Good communication in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Workspace, and MS Excel
• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
