Education Requirement: Any Graduate Preferred
Experience Required: 06 months –3 years of experience in Lead Verification, Customer Support, Tele-calling, or Sales Process.
Role Overview:
As a Lead Verifica on Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of poten al leads.
You will be responsible for verifying customer informa on, qualifying leads, and coordina ng with the sales and counselling teams to enhance the efficiency of the conversion process.
Key Responsibilies:
Verify and qualify interested leads through outbound calls. Gather addi onal customer informa on and assess their interest in Aimlay’s products and services. Verify and analyse incoming leads for accuracy and relevance. Ensure all lead data is accurate and aligned with company standards. Work closely with the Sales Team to allocate qualified leads to the appropriate counsellors. Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the database accordingly. Achieve the desired number of Zoom meetings and lead assignment targets.
