Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints, and ensuring high-quality finishing work across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, filling cracks, etc.)
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Ensure proper color matching and smooth finishing
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with maintenance and facility teams when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to handle painting tools and equipment
- Basic understanding of safety practices
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if needed
- Attention to detail and quality work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
