- Raise purchase orders for materials and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Track material receipts and ensure GRN are updated in the system promptly.
- Monitor material consumption across locations and flag deviations from expected usage.
- Maintain reorder levels and avoid stockouts or excess inventory situations.
- Coordinate with lab team for material movement and physical verification.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all non-reagent items
- Reduce dead stock and obsolete inventory through proactive tracking and reporting.
- Prepare monthly inventory MIS reports for review
