We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining our products and offers, generating leads, scheduling customer visits, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, and ongoing offers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into store visits or sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
