Job Title: Team Lead – Warehouse Operations
Location: Kaniyur, Coimbatore
Salary: ₹23,500 (Net Take Home)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Lead – Warehouse Operations to manage daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and ensure smooth logistics operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse processes and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations (inbound & outbound)
- Manage and monitor a team of warehouse associates
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock accuracy
- Oversee sorting, packing, dispatch, and receiving activities
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety standards on the floor
- Handle shift planning, attendance, and manpower allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
- Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to SLAs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Prior experience in a Team Lead / Supervisor role preferred
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts
