Talent Craft India is a fast-growing online education platform helping children (5–15 years) learn skills like Rubik’s Cube, Chess, Abacus, and Coding. We aim to guide parents in choosing the right skill development programs for their children.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with parents via calls and explain our courses in detail
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Guide and counsel parents regarding skill development courses
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Follow up with interested parents regularly
- Maintain records in CRM systems (LeadSquared/Zoho, etc.)
- Achieve daily and weekly admission targets
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi and Basic English)
- Strong convincing and counseling skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Graduation preferred (not mandatory)
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month

- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)
