Job Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager for a leading company in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence.
This role requires frequent travel across assigned regions to meet clients, develop partnerships, and identify new business opportunities. Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and possess strong communication and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales and business development activities across assigned regions
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, channel partners, and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance updates
- Travel extensively to meet clients and expand the company’s market presence
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Prior B2B sales experience is mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of any regional language will be an added advantage
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
