Position Summary
The Juice Master is responsible for preparing fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. The role ensures hygiene, proper ingredient handling, customer satisfaction, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Beverage Preparation
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, and specialty drinks as per recipes.
- Ensure correct portioning and presentation standards.
- Customize beverages according to customer preferences.
- Maintain consistency in taste and quality.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of juice counter, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Ensure proper washing and sanitizing of fruits and vegetables.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean work area.
Inventory & Stock Handling
- Check freshness and quality of fruits and ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment.
- Store ingredients properly (refrigeration and labeling).
- Minimize wastage of fruits and supplies.
Customer Service
- Greet customers politely and take orders accurately.
- Suggest popular items or promotions.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- Ensure timely preparation during peak hours.
Equipment Handling
- Operate blenders, juicers, and other equipment safely.
- Perform basic maintenance and report faults immediately.
- Ensure proper cleaning of machines after use.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- High school education preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in juice bar, café, or restaurant preferred.
- Freshers may apply (training provided).
Required Skills
- Knowledge of fruit handling and beverage preparation.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina for standing long hours.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
