Job Summary:
We have an urgent opening for the position "Business Development Manager" (BDM) to lead sales growth, develop new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and support overall business expansion for the Chennai Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Identify new customers and market opportunities
- Lead and manage the sales team effectively
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and dealers
- Conduct market analysis and competitor study
- Coordinate with production and operations teams
- Prepare sales reports and business forecasts
- Handle major client negotiations and closures
- Support branch business development activities
Required Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office & reporting tools
Experience Required:
- 4+ Years in Sales / Business Development
- Experience in Manufacturing / Packaging Industry preferred
