Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to lead our client Success function, The role requires a strong focus on client relationship management, operational excellence, and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention and expansion initiatives.
Shift Timings: 10AM to 6.30PM
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the travel business and client requirements.
- Manage and grow key marine and corporate accounts, ensuring long-term retention and new business development.
- Conduct regular client meetings, gather feedback, and proactively address performance-impacting issues.
- Strengthen client engagement through follow-up calls, visits, and on-call support for emergency travel situations.
- Handle escalations including visa cases and other critical client requirements.
- Deliver persuasive corporate sales presentations and design tailored operational procedures.
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports to clients, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Partner with the Accounts team to ensure effective credit control, timely payment follow-ups, and resolution of accounting issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience and streamline processes.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Skills & Experience
- Graduate degree with 8–15 years of experience in the travel industry, including at least 5 years in corporate client handling.
- Strong background in client relationship management with a process-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful presentations and manage corporate stakeholders.
- Sales background preferred; MBA qualification will be considered an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
- Travel industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
- MBA or Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
