Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to oversee the complete operations of our HDPE plastic packaging manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of plastic packaging production, plant operations, quality control, manpower management, and production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily plant operations to achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth manufacturing of HDPE bottles, caps, and other plastic packaging products.
- Supervise production, quality, maintenance, dispatch, and inventory.
- Improve productivity while reducing wastage and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
- Lead and motivate production staff and supervisors.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain machine efficiency and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor production costs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation or any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 5–10 years in the plastic packaging industry, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HDPE/Blow Moulding/Injection Moulding processes.
- Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and production effectively
- Age: 25–55years
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary- 50,000 TO 75,000
Salary will be offered based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹77,000.00 per month
